Trouble signing in, a booking, a Pro application? Write to our team on WhatsApp, in French, Darija or English. From the app (Profile → Customer support) your name and account reference are added to the message, so we find you straight away.
This is our only support number. Our team never asks for your login code, your door PIN or money. If you are in danger during a visit, call the police on 19.

What is Musaiyda?
Musaiyda is a Moroccan app for booking help at home — cleaning, repairs, plumbing, painting, moving help, tutoring for children — from Pros our team has verified. It is made by BLACK LAYERS CORP.
How are Pros verified?
Before she can work, every Pro has a video interview with our team where she shows her national ID card, police record and proof of address live, and we call her references. We keep no copy of those documents. Only a fingerprint of the ID number is kept, so that someone who was refused cannot sign up again.
How much does it cost?
The app is free, with no subscription and no ads. You pay the Pro directly in cash, and the app shows an estimate before you book. For jobs that need a quote, the visit is free.
Which cities?
You can book in 28 Moroccan cities, including Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, Fès and Agadir. Pros are approved city by city; if there is none near you yet, the app tells you so.
Is my phone number shared?
No. You talk to the Pro in the app's chat, without seeing or giving a phone number.
What happens at the door?
The job starts only when you give the Pro your PIN, after her position is checked. During the visit you and the Pro both have a Help button that reaches our team directly.
How do I become a Pro?
Download the app, choose "I am a Pro", pick your services and cities, then book the video interview with our team.
Is it on iPhone?
Musaiyda is available on Android through Google Play. The iPhone version comes later.
How do I contact Musaiyda support?
On WhatsApp at +212 689-063416, in French, Darija or English. In the app, open Profile → Customer support: the message goes with your name and account reference. It is our only number, and our team never asks for your login code, your PIN or money.
